Three rituals · one grove

Small daily structures.
No streaks. No trophies.

Three considered practices — morning, sleep, reflection — that sit in the background of a life, not in its foreground. Each ritual is paced in minutes, not points; tuned to your week's actual texture, not a generic average user; and built to sit out the days you do not need it.

Morning Grove

7 — 12 min · breathwork & intention

An adaptive AI morning practice — breathwork, intention, body scan — that tunes itself to your week. Quiet on the days you wake already grounded.

Sleep Grove

90 min wind-down · circadian

A personalised wind-down — light tapering, audio scenes, breath pacing — validated against actigraphy in a 1,400-participant cohort study.

Reflect Grove

5 — 15 min · on-device journaling

A private journaling companion that prompts, never preaches. Inference runs on your device. The cloud never reads an entry.

How a grove begins

Calibration first. Then a 14-day, gentle on-ramp.

  1. i.
A calibration week. You answer eight short questions and (optionally) connect a wearable. The model proposes a rhythm; you accept, adjust, or decline any part of it.
  2. ii.
The 14 days. Two rituals per day at most. Notifications are silent. A weekly written summary explains what changed and why — never a streak, never a leaderboard.
  3. iii.
A pause. At day 14 the grove pauses by default. You decide whether to continue, slow down, or step away entirely. We will tell you, in writing, when we think you are ready to step away.
