Library · slow-published shelf

A small shelf,
read in any order.

Longer essays, technical notes, and original recordings from the practitioners we partner with. Nothing here demands your morning; each piece is here because we believe it is worth the reading time we are asking for.

Workplace wellbeing without surveillance

A piece arguing that "employee wellbeing platforms" are quietly the most consequential surveillance vector inside large organisations, and what a different design would actually look like. In draft. We are not in a hurry.

Not yet available.

Editorial discipline

Slow publishing, in numbers.

Six pieces in fourteen months. The cohort report took nine drafts; the manifesto, twelve. We would rather publish less and be trusted than publish often and be ignored.
